A graduate student show to celebrate the students and ten years of an innovative business program.

The Venture Show exhibits fresh and realized concepts about future businesses that can be profitable, meaningful, and sustainable. Comprised of the students in the graduating class of the MBA in Design Strategy, venture teams were challenged to cultivate an idea, test for market fit, and effectuate a plan for a new venture. New ventures in the show challenge structural assumptions underlying established industries to develop new business models. Other ventures based upon new intellectual property and technologies explore new business models, funding approaches, and value propositions for competitive advantage. The DMBA program wanted the show to reflect how they use art, design, and technology to express how to experience the value of business.

Visual Identity

The goal of this exhibition was to experience Design Strategy (DSX) through the lens of California College of the Art's MBA in Design Strategy program.

We wanted to design a space and create a visual identity that allowed people to interact with project teams; interact with people, spaces, and objects; ask questions; and engage in discussion to create and contribute to the Design Strategy community.
